How we fight against littering
No Littering works out of the box for any vanilla leaf litter world generation.
Creating Leaf Litter
Punch a tree; you don't need to break it. Leaf Litter has a configurable chance to drop to its surrounding ground as you punch.
The block must be part of a tree. A lone log, a decorative log wall, or a log stack without leaves above it will not create Leaf Litter.
Leaf Litter does not have to appear on the exact block you are hitting. It can appear nearby on valid ground, and existing Leaf Litter piles can gain another segment until they reach the normal vanilla pile limit.
Existing Worlds
No Littering affects only new world generation. It does not clean up Leaf Litter already present in existing chunks, and it does not prevent players from placing Leaf Litter by hand.
